A Look Back at the World of Stewpendous Trivia in January:
January. The Longest, Shortest Month of the Year
Is it just me, or did 31 days of January feel more like 13 days? In the past, our Stewpendous Fun Train has used January to gas up and recharge for the year ahead. This is not the case for 2025! We kept rolling right along, delivering quizzical good times all over Chicagoland.
We brought music and games to a 50th birthday, delivered custom shows to the outskirts of Chicago, spent our weeknights with you at the best bars in town, and even officiated a wedding in a living room! Slow Down 2025!
Also this month, a record-setting number of over 40 teams played one of our custom games, which celebrated a popular book series at Headquarters Beercade. Dane handled the large crowd like a champ!
Unfortunately, every journey has its highs and lows, and our low this month was saying goodbye to our partnership with Larry’s Bar. 💔 To all the Love Biscuits that came out every week for nearly two years and made that show their weekly fun destination, we don’t have adequate words to express our gratitude, but...Thank You is a great place to start.
FUN FACT OF THE MONTH!
The odds of being born on February 29th are about one in 1,461. People born on February 29th are sometimes called "leapers" or "leaplings".

Sparkle Squad Spotlights!
This month we want to give a special shoutout to our Sparkle Squad host - Jackie Smook. Jackie has been delivering stewpendously quizzical joy to crowds for nearly three years and is truly loved by all of her regulars.
She is also the true meaning of the phrase “renaissance woman”. Smook is a vocalist, improviser, and dynamic trivia host, and she builds her very own ensemble of puppets for her performances. Her latest project is going to flip the entertainment world on its head - Dilly’s World. If you grew up with the pure joy of Saturday Mornings watching Pee Wee’s Playhouse in the 80s, you are going to love her latest project! Be sure to follow her on Instagram to catch a teaser of her passion project!
