A Look Back at the World of Stewpendous Trivia in October:
October Should Be Nominated For The Fun Hall Of Fame!
We packed 35 days of fun into 31! Over the month of October, we welcomed new bars into Stewpendous Productions Partners, and...we also had to say goodbye to a couple of our favorite places. The business of shows and trivia has its ebbs and flows. If 80s TV has taught us anything, "You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both, and there you have, the facts of life."
Throughout October, we gathered together and tested the wits of the biggest fans of all Scary Movies! We also got a little whimsical with our Disney Halloween trivia. We really had a ghoulish, quizzical good time all over the City of Chicago!
Music Bingo continues to grow! We are excited to add a new show at Sports Corner in the Wrigleyville Neighborhood. Check it out at 7 pm on our newly declared "Stewsday Nights"! Did you know we have SEVEN shows happening around Chicago on Tuesdays? If you're not already following us on Instagram, you have to now so you can get all the latest updates on all of our shows!
A big highlight for October was our first show at a Sober Space, the phenomenal Loaves and Witches in the Chicago Edgewater Neighborhood. We had a full house cheering on Ashley as she hosted a night of Witches Trivia.
FUN FACT OF THE MONTH!
As we look ahead to November, the 15th will give us The Beaver Moon. It will be the final of four consecutive supermoons that occur in 2024. Beginning with August's Blue Moon, the "Supermoon" is a non-astronomical term that refers to a full moon that happens when the moon is within 90% of its closest approach to Earth in its elliptical rotation.
Upcoming Stewpendous Chicago Trivia in November!
Halloween may be over, but November is sure to be the most Wicked of all!! We are super excited to deliver several Wicked Themed Trivia Nights leading up to the anticipated movie (coming out November 22nd). We are also looking forward to other anticipated events this month, like our Disney Princess Party at Sidetrack and our second show at Loaves and Witches later in the month. One of the biggest nights out this month is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We will have p l e n t y of entertainment that night to get you (and your family) into the state of mind for a day of excessive eating and thankfulness.
The Stewpendous Fun Train will be offering you plenty of quizzical ballyhoo all November long, so be sure to stay in touch and keep a look out for updates on the calendar.

Sparkle Squad Highlights!
We love to shine a spotlight on all the creative projects our Sparkle Squad is a part of on the nights they aren’t bringing you quizzical joy at the bar. This month, we want to share with you two shows that are coming up that we know you don’t want to miss seeing.
David & David will be at The Annoyance Theatre on Saturdays in November. And it has FOUR of our Sparkle Squad members involved! Starring Dane Larson, Katie Hively, and Calder Amsden, and is stage managed by Amanda Sheller. You don't want to miss this!
Dante 360, a multi-dimensional immersive experience, will be at The Athenaeum Center Theatre November 8 - 10th, and stars our very own Rachel Herring!
Trivia Time!
Ariana Grande will be co-starring as Glenda in the film version of the musical Wicked, opening on Nov. 22nd, but that is not her first Broadway show. What 2008 Broadway show was 14-year-old Ariana Grande part of the company?
Want to know the answer? Keep Scrolling down!
November's Stewpendous Recipe!
Stewpendous Productions firmly believes that trivia is always better when snacks are involved. We want to take the opportunity to celebrate our love of Pop Culture with whacky concepts on snacks and cocktails. Nostalgia is a key pillar of our quizzical philosophy! Every month, we’ll give you a fun, nostalgic recipe that will awaken your memories!
Thank you so much to those of you who made our Hocus Pocus cookies last month. We want to especially shout out The Bad Luck Club for being the candy and cookie supplier at our O'Donovans Halloween Party! You definitely have to go and check them out!

BE A HIT AT FRIENDSGIVING!
We are entering the season of potlucks, friendsgivings, game nights and holiday parties. Some might even say there are TOO many parties this season. Not us, because we see every party invitation as an opportunity to flip the script on a classic: The Deviled Egg. Be the person who brought Spicy Guacamole Deviled Eggs to your friends Taco Night, and Greek Inspired Deviled Eggs to a Friendsgiving for an appetizer. We found a great source for many different ways to shake up the deviled egg and we are confident all the YOLKS attending the party are going to complement your EGGcellent dish!
DEVILED EGGS ARE EASY!
1. Put 12 large eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer 10 minutes.
2. Drain the eggs and run under cold water to cool slightly. Peel and halve lengthwise.
3. Scoop out the yolks and mash as directed, then spoon into the egg whites.
Check out 14 ways to dress up deviled eggs by the Food Network!
